《三才圖會》 為明代王圻（1530—1615）、王思義（約1557—1620以後） 父子合編的圖文類書,於1609年刊行出版，是東亞地區最具影響力的百科類圖像書之一。此書以「天、地、人」為綱，收錄大量文字與插圖，涵蓋自然、社會與文化等領域，不僅在中國廣為流傳，也對朝鮮、日本的知識傳播與文化交流產生深遠影響。本文以「書籍文圖學」的視角，探討《三才圖會》在東亞的流布、接受與再生產，特別分析其在朝鮮《三才圖會訓蒙》、日本《和漢三才圖會》等再編過程中的本土化與知識轉譯現象。研究指出，《三才圖會》不僅是圖文並茂的知識載體，也是跨文化互動的媒介，反映了東亞書籍文化中圖像與文字相互建構的特色。
Compiled and published in 1609 by Wang Qi and his son, Sancai Tuhui is one of the most influential encyclopedic illustrated books in East Asia. Organized around the categories of Heaven, Earth, and Man, it integrates extensive texts and illustrations covering natural, social, and cultural knowledge. Circulating widely in China, the work also exerted significant influence on knowledge transmission and cultural exchange in Korea and Japan. This paper adopts a “book-based Text and Image Studies” perspective to examine the dissemination, reception, and reproduction of Sancai Tuhui in East Asia, with particular attention to its localization and knowledge translation in derivative works such as Korea’s Sancai Tuhui Hunmeng and Japan’s Wakan Sancai Zue. The study argues that Sancai Tuhui functioned not only as a richly illustrated repository of knowledge but also as a medium of cross-cultural interaction, exemplifying the interplay of text and image in East Asian book culture.
