Conference Introduction:
We warmly welcome you to share your insights at this research conference. It will be a good opportunity to meet other scholars and researchers (graduate students are welcome too) pursuing text, image and audiovisual culture of Taiwan and East Asia study.
Conference Languages: Chinese or English
Possible topics include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Text and Image Studies
Taiwan Literature
Audiovisual Culture Studies
East-Asia Literature in Chinese characters
East-Asia Cultural Interaction Studies
Guidelines for Abstract:
All applicants should submit a Chinese abstract (about 300-500 words) and an English abstract (about 200 words) in MSWord (.doc, .docx) files and using “title & name” in the subject line. A CV is also required. Please submit these files to tiss2021@outlook.com by 15 April 2021. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and successful submissions will be notified by email before 3rd May 2021. Authors of well-written abstracts will be invited to submit full papers to be published as part of conference proceedings.
